C2G has now expanded the RapidRun portfolio to include commercial grade digital plenum runners that are ideal for routing audio/video cables through plenum space above dropped ceilings or under raised floors. Previous solutions required running conduit through the plenum space prior to running the cable. This added complexity, time and cost to the installation. This new line provides flexibility and additional options for integrators and installers serving commercial markets that must adhere to strict building code requirements for cabling in plenum spaces.

Available for HDMI, DVI and DVI+3.5mm audio signals, these cables meet CMP* rating, the highest fire resistance rating as published by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) in the National Electric Code (NEC). This ensures that they can meet the demands of virtually any commercial installation.

By supporting resolutions up to 1080p for displays, and with lengths ranging from 15ft to 100ft – RapidRun digital plenum is the perfect connectivity solution for A/V equipment used in classrooms or conference rooms. Each Runner includes a connector with a protective pulling cap that can withstand 30 lbs. of tension – making for a safe, easy installation in conduit. Shielded 24AWG copper conductors protect against EMI and RFI to ensure uninterrupted performance.
