Read our selection guide to help you decide or view our videos on how to use the TruLink Media Gateway by visiting this link.Note: The TruLink Media Gateway is FCC certified Class A for commercial applications and should not be used in residential installationsDue to Apple using the Lightning connector on the iPhone 5 instead of the 30-pin dock connector, the iPhone 5 is compatible with the Media Gateway for charging only. To charge the iPhone 5 it must be connected to the USB port on the Media Gateway using an Apple Lightning to USB cable. The cable used to connect Apple devices to the Media Gateway for audio and video requires that the Apple device use a 30-pin dock connector. We will continue to monitor the development process of the iPhone 5 for changes that may make that product fully compatible with the Media Gateway. 1Firmware update speed depends upon the load of the network. Updates will only occur when the Media Gateway is not in use.
